Meet Tracey Harrington, GISOD Fitness Coordinator

Tracey Harrington has been working in the Fitness and Recreation Industry for the past 14 years. She studied Recreation and Leisure Services, as well as Facility Maintenance at Seneca College in King City. Through a career in Recreation, she found that fitness went hand in hand with it, and therefore continued studying with CanFitPro as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She has experience teaching a variety of classes and loves what she does!

Tracey always bring energy to every class so it feels like more fun then work.

We will of course continue to provide our high quality dance programs, which includes examinations in all major dance forms, competitive and recreational programs, and A FULL GLEE PROGRAM.
